Victoria Robinson

Victoria Robinson is a Guernsey born and bred accredited tour guide with a passion for the island’s history and sharing it with others. Her debut publication is an illustrated guide for children about the occupation of the Bailiwick of Guernsey. The book explores the main events from the time including evacuations, fortification building, food shortages, the joy of liberation and many more alongside colourful, detailed illustrations. An ideal read to capture the imagination of children, helping them to understand the importance and significance of the occupation and Liberation Day and why we still celebrate and commemorate it 75 years later.
