John Mitchinson

John is a writer and publisher and the co-founder of Unbound, the world’s leading crowdfunding platform for books. Before that he was Director of Research and senior writer for the award-winning BBC TV show, QI. He worked as a publisher at Cassell and Harvill and was the original marketing director for Waterstone’s. He co-hosts Unbound’s popular books podcast Backlisted (@BacklistedPod) and is a Vice-President of the Hay Festival.
