Philip Eastwood

Philip Eastwood is a literary researcher who runs a website promoting the legacy of the thriller writer Desmond Bagley and is currently writing his biography. Philip has led volunteer environmental conservation teams in remote areas of Iceland, originally inspired by Bagley’s Running Blind. Philip will talk about Bagley’s ‘novels of action’ and reveal the little-known story of his early life and his journey to becoming a craftsmanlike thriller writer.
