Full programme announced
Tickets for the Guernsey Literary Festival have been available to Festival members this week and will go on sale to the public from Saturday 24 February at 10am.
The Festival, one of the biggest annual arts events in the Channel Islands, runs from 23 April to 5 May and includes a host of writers and speakers, mostly from the UK.
They include media presenters Louise Minchin and Sarah Beeny, celebrity chef Michel Roux and sportsmen and talented presenters Mike Brearley and Pat Nevin. All of them have recently written books which give a deeper insight into sometimes surprising and emotional aspects of their lives.
The Festival also features experts writers covering politics, health and well-being, history, science and poetry, writing workshops and events for local writers, as well as full education and community programmes and two major competitions.
The full programme is now available on the Festival website guernseyliteraryfestival.com, and will also be delivered to every island household from 26 February, courtesy of Guernsey Post. Tickets can be purchased through our website.
